What is ‘Event Hire’?

Event Hire is the category defining term the provision of equipment or venue for any event. Typically ‘Event’s primarily seeking hire solutions are:

  • corporate events
  • weddings
  • parties
  • race meetings,
  • festivals
  • concerts
  • conferences
  • tradeshow

The list of event services that require event hire are almost inexhaustable. We will list many of the common event hire services which companies, and individuals require for any given event. Of course event logistics for large events, like major festivals require detailed planning and expert event organisers. Think of the logistics alone to plan for the stage hire or toilet hire alone for say Glastonbury Festival? Again to take Glastonbury as an example, think of the Security arrangements and hire, the Catering Hire, entertainment hire………….A BIG job!
